Shipping

  • How are orders shipped?
    All orders are shipped via USPS. Standard shipping is FREE when you spend $30 or more and will arrive 2-4 business days after your order ships. Expedited shipping is also available during checkout. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
  • I'm about to leave for my trip. Is faster delivery available?
    Yes! Overnight delivery service is available for an additional fee and is guaranteed to arrive the next business day. Please email us at info@packsimply.com before placing your order, so we can confirm if we're able to accommodate your overnight delivery request. You can also have you order delivered directly to your destination. Simply enter the address of where you're staying in the shipping address fields in checkout. Be sure to include your name and a separate line with "C/o" (care of) and the hotel name within the shipping address.
  • How long will it take for my order to ship?
    We ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

    Returns

    • What is your return policy?
      All unused products from Pack Simply are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Simply use our contact form to let us know what you would like to return or exchange and we'll help you take care of the rest.

    Orders / Products

    • Are all items in stock?
      Yes! All items listed on PackSimply.com are in stock. In the rare instance there is a problem with a particular item, we'll contact you soon after your order is placed.
    • I've received my order and something is missing or incorrect. What do I do?
      Simply use our contact form to get in touch with us as soon as possible. We'll respond quickly to make arrangements for a replacement to be sent to your home or directly to your destination.
    • Can I make a change to my order after it has been placed?
      It depends. If you've already received a notification that your order has shipped, we can no longer make changes to your order. If your order hasn't shipped yet, changes are no problem! Either way, simply contact us us and we'll do our best to accommodate any request.
    • I can't find my favorite toiletry products in travel size on PackSimply.com. What do I do?
      Let us know! We're always evaluating and expanding our product line and feedback is super helpful in doing so. Drop us a line at info@packsimply.com.
    • Why don't you carry hair spray or certain aerosol shaving creams?
      Unfortunately, aerosols and items with alcohol are classified as ORM-D Consumer Commodities. These products are considered hazardous materials and are therefore restricted by the U.S. Department of Transportation and can only be shipped via ground service. As the majority of our shipping is sent via USPS Priority Mail, we are restricted from including such items in a shipment. This restriction also applies to liquid hand sanitizers and shaving creams housed in an aerosol can.

    • I would like to order kits in bulk for a special event. Can you accommodate my request?
      Absolutely! We have helped many of our customers create customized toiletry kits for a range of events - including wedding parties, corporate events and retreats, and more. Simply visit our Corporate Event Kit page for more information and to contact us for a customized quote.
